Graduate profile |
According to the chosen specialization, graduates will acquire a thorough literary education or will be more specialised in the field of linguistics of the specialized legal-administrative language. They will also have broadened their translation skills. Within the literary specialization, graduates will deepen their knowledge especially as regards the earlier development phases of French literature, French - language literature and the history of translation. Thanks to their advanced linguistic, cultural and communication training, graduates will be able to find employment wherever a public or private employer requires a high level of linguistic knowledge, intercultural competences and independent, critical and creative thinking, in positions such as a translator, an editor, a liaison officer with a francophone environment, public relations, etc. More extensive linguistic or literary theoretical training then creates prerequisites for pursuing further study in Doctoral programmes. |
